Sagamore Skedaddle officially kicks off on Monday, March 11!
What is the Sagamore Skedaddle?
This fun school-wide event is done in partnership with Boosterthon to raise money for our school. The Boosterthon team creates an exciting week-long experience at school for the kids leading up to the Sagamore Skedaddle on March 19. This FUN program is for ALL students. Donating and fundraising are optional.
What happens on race day?
On March 19, every class will have a scheduled time for their Skedaddle during their Specials period. Boosterthon will set up a fun and inclusive track in the back of the school. Students will complete and count their laps (up to 35 laps, which is approximately a mile) while enjoying a big boost of school spirit. Parents are welcome to attend during their child’s scheduled race time.
Join the FUN and come watch on Tuesday March 19th!!
- Pre-K, Kindergarten & 1st Grade: 8:30-9:30
- 2nd Grade & 5th Grade: 9:45-10:45
- 3rd Grade & 4th Grade: 11-noon
What are we raising money for?
Our goal is to raise $25,000 or even more like we did at the first Skedaddle in 2019. Funds will be used for school makeover projects like replacing our outdated PA System and continuing with building and grounds improvements.
How can my family get involved?
Register your student at MYBOOSTER.COM on February 26th. Then share your personalized page to collect donations and pledges. It’s ok if this is not the right time to financially give, you can still be involved by simply SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and family. Sharing IS supporting!
